Francis ("Frank") Jacob Rosmon was born in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania. After graduating from high school, Frank worked in a factory for a few years as a steel roller in Western Pennsylvania. Frank then joined the United States Marine Corps and served in 1956, 1957, and 1958 in the Fleet Marine Force/Atlantic, attaining the rank of Corporal. Upon discharge from the Marine Corps, Frank become a member of the Metropolitan Police Department, Washington, D.C., where he served until June 1966, at which time he transferred to the United States Marshals Service, Western District of Pennsylvania, Pittsburgh. After the U.S. Marshals Service, Frank served in the Prison System, and then with the Forensic Unit, both with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
In April 1985, Frank and his family moved to the Charlotte, North Carolina area. In May 1994, Frank graduated from Central Piedmont Community College with an Associate Degree in Paralegal Technology. On June 3, 1994, a week after graduation, Frank joined the firm of Attorney Jameson P. Wells as a Legal Assistant. Shortly after arriving to work for Jameson P. Wells, Frank became the Corporate Paralegal within the firm. Frank still serves in that position today.
