Brendan G. Dillashaw was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina where he attended West Charlotte High School. Brendan earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in History at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2001. During his undergraduate studies, Brendan also attended a semester abroad at the University of St. Andrews in St. Andrews, Scotland. After completing his undergraduate studies, Brendan earned his J.D. at the University of South Carolina School of Law in Columbia, South Carolina in 2004. While attending law school, Brendan was a recipient of the Cali Award (Formerly the American Jurisprudence Award) for Trusts and Estates and was also an editorial staff member and Research Editor of the ABA Real Property, Probate and Trust Journal.

After graduation from law school, Brendan returned to Charlotte where he practiced general civil litigation and workers’ compensation for two years with the law firm of Hedrick Eatman Gardner and Kincheloe, LLP, prior to joining Wells Daisley Rabon, P.A., in the Fall of 2006.

Brendan received his license to practice law in North Carolina and the United States District Court, Western District of North Carolina in 2004. Brendan is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, the North Carolina Bar Association, and the Mecklenburg County Bar Association.

Brendan currently practices primarily in the areas of Real Estate and Estate Planning. His Real Estate Practice includes landlord-tenant relations, zoning issues and both commercial and residential transaction closings. Brendan’s Estate Planning practice includes drafting wills, trusts, and basic estate tax planning.
