Hall, et.al. v. UAW Case

Update: January 12, 2012:

The U.S. Federal District Court (W.D.N.C.) recently denied the Defendant UAW's Motion to Dismiss the Plaintiffs' Complaint which asserts that the UAW breached its duty of fair representation in the manner in which it represented the Mt. Holly union employees in settling the arbitration award with Daimler. Now the parties are engaged in determining a schedule for conducting discovery in the months leading to a trial.

As indicated on the initial page of this website, the Plaintiffs' attorneys are going to function under separate legal entities but both will still be working as Plaintiffs' counsel and no change should occur as a result. For contact information refer to the first page of the website.

Numerous pleadings (nearly 60) have been filed in this action but the most relevant are set forth below for your review.

        Plaintiffs' Second Amended Complaint
        Defendant International UAW's Answer
        Defendant Local UAW's Answer

We anticipate another group meeting at the Whitewater Center in the near future.
